I don’t know why I never responded to this. Anyways, Anonymous person, if you even remember asking this, the best piece of art advice I could give to anyone really is to study what you love, not only what people in art classes tell you to study. I learned how to do what I do the way I do it because I studied the people whose work I admired, researched their techniques, and used every project I undertook as an exercise to improve. As most people can see by my blog, I don’t really produce much art over the course of a year, but I still improve tremendously within short periods of time. They are all at a 16:9 ratio, which means when blown up or shrunken down they are the same proportions as a video shot in widescreen format.There’s a tiny one (2.5x1.4), a medium one (4x2.25), a large one (7x3.9), and an extra large one (10x5.6).
